Roast them!!

We almost always boil, steam or stir fry  them. But have you ever tried to roast broccolini? Just a drizzle of olive or macadamia nut oil, salt flakes and pepper. Put in a hot oven (200°C) for 5 minutes, or until the florets are golden brown but the stalks still crunchy…. This method adds a great layer of flavor.  Brocoli and cauliflower are great this way too (although I find best to blanch the cauliflower first).
